Here's How It Works

Learning

  • While enrolled in VLM, you will work through interactive weekly lessons to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed to be successful. 

Planning

  • Once per week, you’ll set goals and plan your weekly activities by using a simple and fun “drag & drop” planning calendar.

Tracking  

  • You’ll track your nutrition and physical activity daily, building accountability as you go. 

Support

  • Your personal coach will review your progress, address any barriers you may face, and provide weekly support through electronic messages.
